When to Consider a Higher Level of Care

A higher level of care may be appropriate if you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, difficulty caring for yourself or your child safely, worsening or severe mood symptoms, unmanageable anxiety or panic, significant disruption in sleep or daily functioning, or a need for more frequent or structured support.
